Exchange Policy

At KooDooK, we are committed to providing you with the best quality products, and we stand behind our products with our exchange policy. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Our exchange policy covers manufacturing defects such as wrong product (color/size/design), printing defect, faded color, or torn product.

If you have ordered the wrong size or color, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too. We will exchange the product as long as it meets our exchange policy requirements.

As of now, only the products from the “Solids by KooDooK” category are eligible for exchange.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and the tags should still be intact on the delivered products.

Please note that the exchange can only be done within 48 hours of product delivery. So, make sure to check your order as soon as you receive it to avoid missing the exchange window. At KooDooK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our exchange policy ensures that you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us.
